What's the Difference Between a 13 and a 15?
Jeffrey Piccale: I don't really see the difference because you're really talking about people are using whatever their local estimate currency units are. He says it's not so helpful to start with, okay, now our job is to get out our planning poker cards and come up with whether this is an eight or a 13 or a 15 and a half and three quarters. "I predict that we can get something of value with lots of vagaries and difficulties and things that happen that we don't expect with any year," he adds.
