The Romans Got Right Is Scaleno.
Peladio, we think of him as this lovely, humane architect. But then you go through the book and wow, everything is planned on a maniacal scale. The houses are all five times bigger than any one could ever build them. There's very little of this kind of like classical coordination of public space in venice. M nearly everything is about kind of irregular, slightly extemporized warthere.
