Is It a Problem When You're Doing Mac's Vulsicity Training?

There's speed, endurance and then there's enduring speed. A lot of what i do with a hundred meters is endure speed. We're trying to get to that max velocity point and then hold that velocity as long as we can in a relaxed manner. And someone like chuny charley, the eight hunred meter runner, she started 811 meters at the end of the year, she was 866 meters. That's probably 50 plus her outshirrer than it would be if she ran one more time. You see about a three second difference between two people who have been running together for 20 years or so.
