I think it in terms of best practice for goal setting, especially to start ups, this is, everyone feels this like pendulum swaing. I mean, like quarterly beneat this big planning process. And then they do that, and they find like it's out of date in a week because the starto dus change so fast. It us really hard, i think, to to set goals that are much longer than like, a week or two weeks. Rverses setting a bunch of goals for a month aand three weeks end, you don't ven remember what goals you set cause, like, the world's changed. So make sure you have pretty simple like company
