The Collaboration Mode in the Pandemic
We went into the pandemic with o four hundredand 30 people, i think. And for that team, it's already very well knit. The bit we found really difficult was integrating new people. So we were very fortunate are able to continue to grow a ben raised bor a venture investmentto fuel that. There's a special chemistry that comes from being with people and you need a lot more of that chemistry in the early stages of forming a team relationship. I think work or work patterns will have changed forever. We're all looking forward to being together again.
