The Paradoxical Experience of Mystical States

In a mystical state, you can have the feeling that you became nothing but by becoming nothing you actually became of existence. I was in this incredible state and then as she was continuing working with me, it was unfolding. But there was a major problem because my consciousness was actually kind of circling around my body. So at that point it became clear to me that what they were teaching at the universities about consciousness as a product of the brain simply was nonsense. That consciousness was something cosmic and that the brain somehow is a moderator for that, but it's not generated in our skull.
