The Evolution of AI in Travel

The solutions that we're putting out there are very high touch. It looks more like a consulting engagement than SAS just delivered seamlessly, but it'll evolve from one into the other. We find that most of the space of interaction is very limited actually. If you just have your thing working in an environment for a while and you're carefully reviewing the human feedback data, then you can kind of fully solve 99% of a problem space. And then I challenge you to build something better for this narrow space than what we build. You won't be able to do it.
