401ks Need Private Equity and Real Estate
Study says 401k plans are missing out on 35 billion with the be Dollars a year in returns they could see if they incorporated private equity in real estate. It's investing in private companies and you know you hear about PE firms and buying into companies And then maybe not always doing what other folks might want them to do. There can be high returns and there can be a lot of risk you can invest in private equity and your money can go poof and you get nothing back So it's high risk potentially high return.
