The FCO's Business Plan on the Cost of Living Crisis
The FCO is tying some pre-existing activity into the cost of living crisis. The fourth of the big four is strengthening the UK positioning global wholesale markets. Not a night and day change in the regulatory regime at least not being committed to in the business plan there. They talk about using threshold condition related actions as more of a tool to do that so rather than potentially going after firm due to conduct honorable glitches, they could be trying to take them out on threshold conditions basis.
