It's really our job to manage our capacity. The only way to know that you've done too much is to do too much. Get to know that limit for yourself and understand that setting those limits doesn't usually feel good. We're looking at the result that works really well because when we honor our capacity, we don't burn out. It doesn't seem like we would be but I am telling you, we are much more consistent in our lives.
