The Six Week Barometer

After about six weeks, reality sets in. The hours needed for training even if they're not a lot,. We already have busy lives, as i like to say, we all went pro in something other than the sport we're endeavouring and so here we are. And again, we get to do the work now to navigate our way through what are already lots of responsibilities and not necessarily burdens. But we have to figure out how to fit this training and who you want to be on event day now - that's sort of what i talk about with the athlete's mission statement.
