Arbe did well to curtail it. Sebby has done well now to control on some other parts of i think that systemic risk has more or less been controlled to a certain extent. For an individual who's borrowing, you somebody else gives me 500 crors for nothing, they don't take any of my life as a security,. then why would i have a problem? But it's a crazy thing to buy, because you isk expose yourself to the risk of extreme ruin - and only if you're ruined does the n vf c start to hurt.
