All Systems Have Technical Debt

Every single system has some amount of technical that it could be well managed, very low to zero interest. Or it could be not well managed, where you're actually really struggling with some difficult quality issues as wel as development issues. We use the same similar principle when we talk about softer architecture and systems every softer system has an architecture. The difference is whether you were aware of it and whether you've designed it, versus it happens to you. This is the same with technical debt as well. It's abot trade offs.
