I think it might just be harder for agreeable people because they care more about other people's feelings. But that kind of thing, i think you can practise. You're like, ok, your going to say something, it's going to hurt somebody's feelings, but you should probably say it. If you have that feeling in you, if you just do that, and then you survey the outcome, your like, oka, this wasn't as bad as i thought it was going to be.
