What Is the Best Way to Train for Mitochondrial Function?

There's the zone to mania. So you're as training increases your VO 2 max and also what percent of your VO two max you can hold. Yes. Perfect. And maybe a slight change effect on efficiency. But it's much smaller and a bit debatable. All right. What sort of training should people be doing? It really depends on what you're talking about, I think there's quite a good amount of evidence out there that low intensity will end up increasing mitochondrial content for long duration.
