Life labs teaches a feedback skills class, where am they teach the science of feedback? Can you give me a sort of, like brief, a summary? Just tell me more about it. There are so many different things. Like the why behind it, i think is really imperative, because it helps people then decide. So specificity is key. Feedback should absolutely be a dialogue at least two parties, not a monologue,. Not somebody being like, hillo, i've come to tell you, y and se, and then we just sort of take it.
