How Do They Define Degrees of Visual Acuity?

For the most part, you really can't see much of anything in detailt outside of one degree in any direction. The biology literally isn't set up to make that possible at all. There probably are some instances of people whose retinas are not organized the same way and maybe they do have magical acuity wider than the average population. So i'm not going to say that this is the case for everybody, but yes, for the most part it's true.
