Product Thinking

When the hippo comes to me and suggests that we should do something, i've already structured my product thinking about what i'm doing. And by understanding their product thinking, i can then take that to my team and sell it to them in a way that makes ends end. I really want to make sure that we're achieving something because it's where the business wants to go. It allies with our strategy. It allies with what our customers think is a problem. Andthat it's you going t make a differene to the bottom line from the metric that we measure. So hopefully this is something that you guys will still see of value.
