The Concentration of Salt in Sweat

The concentration of sodium in a regular Gatorade is about 20 milli-curyland per liter, which is below what is normally in sweat. But there's actually a Gatorade premium that you're supposed to drink prior to competition that has doubled at about 35 or 40 milli-Curyland per Liter. The salt concentration in sweat varies tremendously from individual to individual and from rest to being in competition.
