The Fed's Rates of Hikes Drop to 0%
The odds of a June hike went from zero to 8.5%. That's it. And generally speaking, 60% is the threshold. The bar is very high for additional hikes at this point. If we see core inflation start picking back up again, well bets are off. But if it stays flat or just slowly improves, that does not mean they're going to hike more. We got 14 days. Fed hiked. And we're about as dovish as you can be without saying we're pausing.
