The Milk Ladder

Fred was diagnosed with skin problems when he was six months old. Doctors told him to take out fish, dairy and nuts from his diet. He now has some dairy but doesn't like to push it. The couple have also tried the 'milk ladder' which involves eating a lit of digestive biscuit every time they are not on dairy. They then move onto muffin before finally stopping at sea.
