Dolphins owner offered to pay him 100 thousand dollars for every game that he lost. He was deliberately trying to get the dolphins to tank so that they could draft tua. The Dolphins were the worst team a couple of years ago, and here they are in the super bowl because they had the number one draft pick. So if you're throwing games on purpose, it kind of defeats the whole purpose of what the draft is trying to do.
