Mood Is a Small Town in Ukraine.
Mood is a small town in eastern ucrane. The local army office tells me that the russians at their closest are about three miles away. It's well within shell artillery range there. Most people here who wanted to leave have left. But an elderly couple walking arm in arm in the park clearly decided not to leave. And i know a family here with an eight year old daughter who've decided not to go.
