"I don't look at like the seven doctors who own 15 orange theories as small that are doing $9 million in revenue a year as small business as much," he says. "Whenever you have a small market with a bunch of grunts, like a bunch of like scrappy fucking entrepreneurs in it... It just takes smart money."
