i had a canban system where i a pushpin index card and moved things around so people could, at a glance, see where different projects were at. It was a great conversation starter, if we weren't actively already working on things together. You know, lik making sure that my systems are set up so that other people are in the loop. And they can see what you're doing, and they can maybe get the idea of a how they could use it as well.
