"This isn't really an episode about her. I think i'm much more interested in this book as an icapsilation of idea s about weight and gender," she says. "I have definitely had people take food off f my plate and be like, yan, eat that right? Like, so, like, this is both totally beyond the pale, and i think for many fat people, it's also still the way we get treated."
