Non alcoholic beers do still tend to have a half a percent or so of alcohols because of the glucose and fructose. And that gives it a little bit of fermentation character too, right? Because that's important to beer. There's other things that are in there, right? There's other secondary metabolites that are part of beer flavor, not just alcohol and sugar. So I think as non alcoholic brewing continues to grow, we're gonna start, it's kind of like the Wild West of non alcoholic beer brewing," he says.
