U X and the Product Management Side of Things?

i've been working with an enterprise product now for the last three years. What i find very challenging is im getting time n in sprints to develop the thee, the ideals, to the ractual solution. You rarely get the time to develop really good interphaces, or good systems for the internal uses, for the end uses. There's so much focus on on the external sideor the external interphaces of things. And you leave the rest to your employees to struggle with and try to cope with.
