The Consciousness of Plants
Trees and plants may have some form of consciousness, says Richard Dawkins. But they don't experience the kind of pain associated with human suffering. If there is conscious life in trees or plants, it's sort of a more slowed down kind to our own conscious experience. It could be an indirect way to try and solve the environmental crisis - first convince everyone of Panpsychism.
