The Transatlantic Alliance - Ukraine Wins?
I think the situation in Russia is just far more cynical and nihilistic than we think. If Ukraine wins, things could change pretty profoundly in Russia itself. I don't see any waffling from the Baltics or the Poles or the Nordes or the UK actually. And if we win together with Ukraine, I really think this could be a real re-energizing and rebirth of a vision for the Transatlantic Alliance. That is possible, but we have to commit to it.
