I think this is very a very useful piece of the puzzle here and then obviously like like for mine, you know, the driven versus laid back. I mean, that is maybe going to determine again like we talked about burnout if someone is this red lining all the time which sometimes I have a tendency to do. So some of it is just looking for like what is the pathway to help connect the behaviors that you know are going to be necessary to those things that actually matter to you. They can be motivating in some way, and they don't become this thing that becomes such a lift that you're going to burn out Like you can only sustain it for so long.
