Zenoletic is also a fully featured BI tool as well outside of the chat. Building a BI tool in general takes a tremendous amount of thought and iteration on the UI side. It's just so hard to make an interface for something that's really complex, like a large data warehouse with a bunch of complicated metrics. We've probably spent more time on making sure that is really elegant and easy to use than probably anything else.
