How to Be a Positive Person on Facebook and Twitter
I don't think the idea of connecting with people online is inherently bad. In theory, you should have something similar to YouTube that's much more positive. And in fact, I think we do. Netflix is not perfect, but it's better. It's a different sort of thing. You're making a little Velcro. Unfortunately, we know from many measures that their experience is atypical and there's more negativity.
