60 to 70 % of all customers service interactions happen over the phone, right? And they happen with voice. Because people can consume it anywhere, it gives them a pretty good field for canlic what kind of people we are,. how we talk, our style. A lon of emotion goes through that voice. It's also a really high band wit channel. Rit. I can probably type a bit faster than i speak, although it depends attempt to speak quite fast. But really, i have a lot more fun when i speak.
