Anita, we've talked about the fact that this plan is something to make when you are feeling well. It's just easier to do then because you're more resourced, but for a number of other reasons as well. And so if you're in a place right now where it's not a good time to make up the plan, maybe just take a few notes as things come to you that you'd like to remember later. Then go ahead and develop that plan from your own notes.
