The Role of Emotional Constraints in Performance
Is there a role for frustration anger disappointment like how does that stuff play into where you know as someone who is facilitating the the practice environment. Is it what's going to help you develop that extra edge in a practice setting when you're trying to figure out a skill or develop an understanding of a skill or a performance? "Emotion is part of performance and it do contribute to performance but it also needs to be regulated and managed," he says. 'You can't regulate and manage emotions unless you have an experience of regulating and managing emotions in simulations'
