The Engineering Team Is Not the Boss

Do what you can to give the engineering team time to focus on getting its work done. Not every question is urgent, and interrupting someone's coading flow for a non critical question is never appreciated. Don't hog the credit. The engineering team is not the p m's boss. You don't need the engineer's approval on everything,. They're not the most important peop in the company but they're the ones building the product. No two engineering teams are the same. If you put in the extra effort to do your best for them it will make them feel happier and more respected.
