New York City Mayor - I'm Not Going to Engage High Income Earners

I want high income earners to pay their taxes. I want them to volunteer. They need to be a part of that. And so when you look at what we're doing right away, child care vouches on foroe families in the city. What we do? College fun for oll children. Our fire fight is or ca. So for me not to engage those high income earners, that's as foolish as it may and i'm not going to do that. We send back billions of dollars because people don't know how to fill out the flumps"
