Palace came third last season with all kinds of problems. They were that good with a keeper who was totally ill-suited to their system. Anana is a keeper who's really, really good at playing out from a back. Mason Mount is a big upgrade in midfield. His tactical brain is praised by every coach and that's what you need in a ten-hug side. I still think they're short of a less-hoyland, suddenly blossoms. But I think they will be better than last season.
