Are You a Pro or Cons of the Agency Model?
I like writing as a kind of outlet for all the mess in my head from running a business. I don't like the agency model because it's all people based, right? And you have to do a lot of talking. If you can keep your relationship with a client then you will keep them for longer and then you will grow. But also it's kind of a pro if you keep people for a long time. So sometimes it's like those unsexy boring kind of businesses that are flying under the radar that no one's really thinking about that are doing pretty well.
