How to Invest in the Stock Market
The key for people who are starting is how do I diversify this small amount as widely as possible. If you have $500, then don't put the whole $500 in one stock, right? Maybe you put it in an index fund, which has a variety of thousands of different stock investments that helps spread your money across. And every time you add more money, you continue to diversify, or you decide that you know what, I do like individual stocks. That's based on what you like and what you're familiar with using.
