I think a coaching approach to lessons and talking about lessons lesson observations are stupid anyway because no one ever behaves the same when they're being observed so you don't actually see what someone's doing on a day-to-day basis. I have worked with members of staff who offstead have said oh there was some outstanding practice in English when this teacher did that and my experience of that teacher was well she's not doing that on a daily basis day- To-day she's probably RRI but she can turn it on like that when offstead come in. For me it's more about having a coaching approach that creates an environment in which staff can do what you're encouraging the
