You have both a physiological and a psychological habit that when you get uncomfortable, your mind starts bothering you to get a cigarette. And so there's this discomfort, and therefore, the discomfort, physiologically and psychologically urges you to do something about it. Do you have to? Of course not. That's ridiculous. You can help yourself if you intend to. If your intention is, i don't want to smoke that...you are not going to smoke that. I con understand ittention right here. Ok. I feel the urge to smoke.
