If you're a group of local farmers and local business people in a community, you have until July 1st, 2023 to come up with a community currency or a community barter system. Or else you run the risk, you're going to be toast. The two payment payment card tracks is an interesting feature. And like so is the timeframe. In other words, they're given you a lot of time because what they're saying is if you don't do it by July, you have only yourself to blame.
