Ethel kesler is one of just five art directors responsible for churning out every single stamp issued by the united states postal service each year. Ethel's been doing that for 15 years and has seen some amazing stamps come in. There are so many other stamps made every year, you don't really see those ones. It's all part of U c davis' mission to promote quality of life for all living things.
