We need a significant power mark of aform, and i think we're going to see the beginnings of it this year. The maccesucture had been built 25 years ago based on marginal pricing, and it doesn't work on grit which are dominated by ronobles. There's no xibility on the demand side in the power system. And as a result, that makes it very, very difficult to find an equilibrium price in the market. We're going to have to put in regulations to allow much more flexibility of demand.
