The Zero Sum Worldview: A Positive Account of the Human Person

To do the work of justice or empowerment demands that you have some positive vision of what this person can become. And I find very absent in this zero sum worldview is any positive account of the human person. The evidence would appear to be that if the men get a bit of a worse time the women will end up with a slightly worse time too, maybe a much worse time. But who on the planet cannot claim that something about themselves has at some point been used against themselves to held them back? That's why the presumption which is important is that if you get it from the other group you will get more yourself.
