Cricket reporter Lizzie Ammon was at Lord's last week. She says Johnny Besta wandered out of his crease before the ball was clearly dead. It wasn't just Usman Khawaja who was being harangued, but a bunch of middle-aged white men all together. Being braying, it sort of hits to the heart of cricket's class issue. Had it not been an ashes test, they may have withdrawn the appeal. This is the heat of the battle in the ashes and it's not a soft play center.
