In Swimming, You Can't Expect That to Be the Same in Swimming

In cycling and running, you can expect that the view to max for a trialid in cycling will be than also, more las the same in running. In swimming, you don't. So even if you have a hycardiac output, it doesn't necessarily mean that your swimming specific muscles are capable of using it,. unless you have trained the body to be able to do so. You need the high intensity,you need the medium intensity, you need the low intensity to basically be able to utilize, utilize a a let's say that vil to mucx  that you have developed in cycling and running. Whys weso, of course, you want to mix up?
