A lot of times when we're confronted with things like escape ism, our goal is to fix the escape ism on the inside of our mind. But there's another pathway that we have, which is to just get control of the mind as a whole. And so how do we do that? It starts with sleep. Once we sleep more or sleep healthier, we are going to have more will power. Then if you've done all that stuff, if you've got the basics down, then meditate every day. You can do 20 minutes of meditation and ten minutes of yoga. If you don't feel like doing anything, but eat healthy food, you're going to feel like
